This 3-ingredient Tuna and Pomegranate Vitality bowl can be made in under 5 minutes! It is high in protein and packed with antioxidants from the beautiful pomegranate. This combination came to me one day when I was thinking about a chicken salad recipe (think chicken salad with grapes). Tuna and Pomegranate Vitality Bowl
Ingredients
- 5 oz. Can of Wild Yellowfin tuna packed in water, drained or your tuna preference
- ½ 8oz Container of fresh pomegranate arils or ½ cup arils removed from a pomegranate fruit
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Drain one 5oz can of tuna. Place tuna in a salad bowl, and flake with a fork.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix until combined with the tuna.
- Gently fold in the pomegranate arils (also known as seeds), until combined with the tuna and mayo mixture.
